The interpretation of your astrology chart begins on the following page.
You will find that the interpretation of your chart is written in simple language, uncluttered by astrological jargon. If a statement appears to contradict another statement, then you exhibit these opposite qualities at different times in your life. For example, a statement that you are highly sociable and gregarious and a statement that you prefer solitude seemingly contradict each other; this means that you vacillate, and need both sociability and solitude at different times.
The astrological factor that the interpretation is based on is also given. The astrological factor is given for the benefit of astrologers and students of astrology. If you are not a student of astrology, then obviously the factor will not be meaningful to you, and you can ignore it.
If you find this interpretation of your birth chart interesting and informative, you might want to discuss your birth chart with a professional astrologer to learn more about the astrological influences on your life.

Chapter 1: General Characteristics
Your fundamental needs, values, and orientation towards life are symbolized by the four astrological elements. Each person has their own unique balance of these four basic energies: fire (warmth, inspiration, enthusiasm), earth (practicality, realism, material interests), air (social and intellectual qualities), and water (emotional needs and feelings).
Your "elemental make-up" is described below. Remember that most people are "unbalanced" or lopsided, and if you are lacking or deficient in a certain element (or elements), it simply means that you need to consciously develop that aspect of yourself to learn to appreciate and/or to work harder in that dimension of life.
Sometimes we overvalue the element that we are least endowed with, sensing it as a lack within ourselves, but more often we neglect or ignore it. The qualities described below will be reiterated and explained in more detail in the following chapters.
You are often so enthusiastically involved in your projects, so intent on taking action and making something happen, that you do not take adequate time to reflect and to gain a sense of objectivity and detached awareness of what you are doing. Furthermore, you are apt to override or ignore anyone who raises reasonable questions about what you are doing. You rarely ask advice or take advantage of others' feedback.
Cooperating and participating in the give and take of a relationship between equals don't come easily to you, and you are more comfortable in relationships where one person is clearly more superior or dominant (chief-subordinate, teacher-pupil, parent-child, etc.). You also have trouble understanding and communicating with people whose interests and approach toward life differ from your own, for you tend to view differences as a conflict or threat.
You need to develop a capacity to appreciate differences and to be objective in regard to yourself.

Fire is Strong, Air is Weak (F,E,A,W Scores = 29,14,2,4)
Chapter 2: How You Approach Life and How You Appear To Others
The following is a description of your basic stance towards life, the way others see you, the way you come across, the face you show to the world. In Chapter 3 you will read about the "The Inner You: Your Real Motivation", which describes the kind of person you are at heart and where your true priorities lie. Read this chapter and the next one and compare them - there may be significant differences between them, in which case "the inner you" may not shine through and others are in for some surprises when they get to know you at a more than superficial level. This chapter describes the costume you wear, your role in life, while Chapter 3 talks about the real person inside the costume.
Ferociously proud and somewhat vain, you like to be impressive and to be seen as Somebody Special. You are not timid, meek, or self-effacing, and are rarely content being in the background or in the subordinate position. You are a natural leader, and do not take orders from others very well. You must have something of your own, something creative - be it a business, a project, a home or whatever - that you can develop and manage according to your own will and vision. Whatever you do, you do it in a unique, dramatic, individual way. You like to put your own personal stamp on it.
You also have a very strong sense of dignity, self-respect, and personal honor and are deeply offended if someone treats you in a humiliating or dishonorable way. You will rarely confront the offender - you are too proud to do so - but you will lose your affection and respect for them. You dislike pettiness and hate to be snubbed or ignored.
You admire others who are strong individuals like yourself. When you befriend someone, you are tremendously loyal, sincere, and willing to go to extraordinary lengths to make that person happy. You are very giving and generous, but your gifts are never anonymous - you expect recognition and appreciation for them. You also expect the intense loyalty that you offer to your dear ones to be reciprocated. However, you often have trouble working with people who are as strong as yourself, for you do not really cooperate or share the leading role very easily. If you are not in the leading role, you aspire to be and will compete with the person who is.
You have great heart and courage, and people often look to you for strength, encouragement, and affirmation. You always have your best face forward and rarely allow others to see you hurting, disheartened, or vulnerable. You also have a very strong need for love, admiration, appreciation, and praise, although you don't like others to realize just how important it is to you.
Your outlook on life tends to be very personal and rather self-centered. Your own self-expression, self-actualization and self-realization interests you more than anything else. You feel that if you do your best where you are, the rest of the world will take care of itself.
In significant ways, your emotional nature and personal needs are at odds with the way you present yourself. (Compare this chapter with the description of your moon sign in Chapter 4.) As a result of this inconsistency, you may be uncomfortable showing your instinctive responses and true feelings. You may put them aside, maybe even be ashamed of them.
When you are in an emotionally charged situation, those who don't know you well may be quite surprised at your reactions or behavior. The real challenge, though, is to completely accept yourself, so that you don't act as if your emotional needs and impulses didn't count for very much.
You seem to enjoy projecting yourself differently to others than you really are, giving them a false impression of you. You are inclined to associate with odd and peculiar people and are likely to have very strange romantic encounters.

Chapter 3: The Inner You: Your Real Motivation
Behind your proud and magnanimous demeanor (as described in the previous chapter), there is a real go-getter. Others feel that you are rather narcissistic. Strive to always be aware of others' needs and concerns so that this criticism is not true!
You are a person who thrives on challenge, and you often feel that you must battle your way through life, depending upon no one and nothing but your own strength, intelligence, and courage. You believe in being totally honest, true to oneself and one's own vision and convictions, even if that means standing alone. Honesty, integrity, personal honor, and authenticity are your gods, and you have no sympathy for weakness of character in others.
You crave the freedom to do things in your own way, and you work very well independently. Cooperating with others or carrying out another's will is not your style. You like to be the chief -or to go it alone.
You love action and if others are settling down into a nice, comfortable little rut, then you are always ready to stir things up, do something new, make changes, bring in some fresh blood. Routine and sameness are like death to you. You are not afraid of trying something that's never been done before, and even though you may be seen as a fool sometimes, you also discover, invent, and initiate things that others will later emulate. Taking risks and following your own star are the breath of life for you, and you wilt (or get very frustrated and angry) if you cannot do this.
You are spontaneous, impulsive, direct, enthusiastic, and assertive. You believe in the power of positive thinking and positive action, and you think of yourself as a strong person -even invincible. You hate being ill or in any way in a position of dependency. Accepting your own human limitations and emotional needs is often difficult for you.
You are basically aggressive in your attitudes and have less facility in the receptive arts of relating to others, picking up subtle messages and nuances, listening, nurturing, and harmonizing. Often you are so fired up about your own projects or goals that you inadvertently run over or ignore other people's feelings and interests. Being receptive and appreciative of others' contributions, ideas, and feelings would go a long way in improving your relationships. Your impatience to get on with things causes you to be rather insensitive, and to therefore alienate others unnecessarily. You also frequently try to accomplish your ends by using anger or some version of a temper tantrum. You would gain much by learning to slow down, relax, and just let things be sometimes, but your energetic, restless nature rarely allows you to do this.
World travel, foreign cultures, and studies which expand your intellectual horizons and broaden your understanding of the world are very attractive to you.
You have a philosophical turn of mind and are concerned with seeking answers to the big questions of life or getting the overview of any situation. Abstract concepts and/or plans for the future occupy your mind much of the time.
You are extremely sensitive, compassionate, and giving, often to your own personal disadvantage. Your ideals and spiritual values motivate you, and you cannot live only for personal gain or materialistic concerns. There must be an element of beauty, magic, imagination, inspiration or creativity in what you do. Otherwise you become listless and aimless. The arts, theater, music, and/or charitable works suit you well.
You have a deep belief in your own power and your ability to survive any change and to emerge victoriously from any difficulty. You have tremendous inner resources and strength. Intense, strong willed, and zealous, you pursue your desires and goals with complete dedication and singleness of purpose, and you may be somewhat compulsive, even fanatical at times. You like to live intensely and have no respect for people who are weak, who avoid confronting life and their own destiny.

Chapter 4: Mental Interests and Abilities
You are more of a poet than a rational scientist, for your mind does not function in a strictly logical, linear fashion. The language of music, art, or poetry is natural to you, and you are also able to think in highly abstract and symbolic terms. Translating your thoughts and impressions into concrete, everyday language may be difficult for you at times and consequently you may appear less intelligent or at least less quick-witted and verbal than others. This was especially true of you as a child, and you probably daydreamed a good deal also. You are intuitive and are able to sense what others' thoughts and feelings are, even before they say anything to you. You often form an opinion about a person or situation without much factual knowledge of them, and your impressions are usually correct. You can be somewhat absent-minded and you become so immersed in your own thoughts that you overlook things in your immediate, tangible environment. You are extremely open-minded and believe that anything is possible. Intangible or spiritual forces seem just as real to you as anything in the concrete world. Your imagination and your sympathetic understanding of other people are two of your greatest gifts.
The mysterious and the unknown fascinate you and you may investigate the supernatural or something that is hidden or taboo. You need to know what is going on behind the scenes. You are also deeply curious about or astute about economic, political, or social power, big business, and the motives and powers behind the social facade.
You tend to seesaw between holding your tongue and lashing out. This verbal self-control seems to create internal tension, so that when you finally do speak your mind, there is quite a bit of resentment or energy behind your words. Learning to state an opinion without making it an attack is important. When out of balance you are prone to frequent, irritating little accidents such as cutting your fingers, getting burned, etc.
You have a deep, serious turn of mind, and when out of balance, you tend toward pessimism, cynicism, and overly rigid or judgmental thinking. These are tendencies you may have to work to counteract, by choosing to focus on the humor in a situation, associating with cheerful, positive-minded people, and so on. Being around children can sometimes alter and lighten up your mental outlook considerably. Duty, obligation, "should", and "ought to" may color your thinking too much.

Chapter 5: Emotions: Moods, Feelings, Romance
Serious and responsible, you try to carry the world on your shoulders and rarely let others know that you need help and support. You deny or ignore your own emotional needs and feel that others will not accept you if you appear "weak". You are especially uncomfortable with emotional dependency, and will tell yourself and others (even children) not to be a "baby". You need to accept that no one is self-sufficient all the time, and to be gentler with your "childish" emotional needs and wants. To others, you may appear to be rather hard-nosed and tough, with a businesslike attitude toward their personal concerns and feelings. Actually, no one is a truer friend. Your feelings and loyalties run deep, but you often do not let people know how much you care. You also need to learn to relax, enjoy yourself, and play sometimes.
You are emotionally expressive and often dramatize your feelings, acting them out or blowing them out of proportion. You can not hide your instinctive emotional reactions to people or situations, and you don't make any pretenses about your personal sympathies or antipathies.
You have a childlike openness and playfulness which is very appealing to others, but which sometimes gets you into trouble, as you take risks on impulse or whim.
You are tolerant and forgiving, always ready to overlook mistakes and give others a second chance. You expect the best from people and draw it out of them, and you enjoy making others comfortable and happy. Because of your emotional generosity, your life is rich with friends, and often financial blessings as well.
Your emotional life seems to be overly intense and your sexuality is very strong. You are likely to make many demands of your partner and have to guard against possessiveness, jealousy and a tendency to force someone to love you.
In love, you are steadfast and loyal, especially if you have a warm, demonstrative partner. You are very sensually oriented and need lots of touching and physical affection. You enjoy being pampered with a good meal, loving massage, or other sensual delights. You are a wonderful lover, very attentive to the comfort and enjoyment of the one you love. You are tremendously responsive to beauty and physical appearances, and the physical attractiveness of your partner is very important to you.
Promoting beauty, the arts, or entertainment can make you very happy. You want to contribute something positive and loving to the world at large and you want to be recognized for your beauty, artistic gifts, or loving generosity. You may "marry" your work - that is, be more involved in your career than in your private life. You are a natural hostess or diplomat.
Your tastes and natural inclinations run toward the extravagant and luxurious. Whether or not you possess the resources to satisfy these desires or the ambition to provide these things for yourself, you want a life with plenty, ease, and comfort. You may cause trouble in your love life by focusing too much attention on money or "lifestyle" rather than on the person you are with. You may also attract gold diggers or parasites who will take advantage of your hospitality as long as you allow them to. Indiscretion in matters of both heart and pocketbook can be problems as well.
You find it easy to demonstrate your love and affection for others and to talk about love, and you tend to reveal your most personal feelings to people in your intimate circle of friends.

Chapter 6: Drive and Ambition: How You Achieve Your Goals
You are proud and ambitious, and you strive to excel, to stand out and be recognized for who and what you are. You have a very strong ego drive and like to be Number One. You find it difficult to take orders from others or to stay in the background, and you hate being wrong; you always insist that you are right!
You are forceful, strong, energetic, determined, and highly competitive. You play hard, you play to win, and you do not give up easily. In fact, you see life as a competitive sport or performance. You love admiration and applause, and you have a strong sense of personal honor and integrity. You tend to be very self-confident, even arrogant. Because of your belief in yourself, you are able to accomplish much, but if your confidence is ever undermined, you become self-conscious, defensive, and rather belligerent.
You are a doer and an achiever. Energetic, courageous, and often impatient, you will forge ahead with your plans regardless of others' reservations. In fact, you often feel other people get in your way and you prefer working on your own. You are active, assertive, and rather competitive as well.
You are very serious about reaching your goals and feel that keeping your nose to the grindstone is the only way to do it. Hard work, persistent effort, and concentration upon a single objective are the ways you achieve your aims in life. You exercise great self-control, even self-denial, in order to accomplish what you desire. You meet obstacles stoically and will struggle patiently through difficult circumstances. You feel that you must rely on yourself alone, that it's all on your shoulders, and you can be a harsh disciplinarian, expecting far too much from yourself and others. Often you hold yourself back, doubting your own power and ability. You may feel that you meet great resistance whenever you try to assert yourself or take initiative, and that is very frustrating to you. However, you have the power of endurance and a dogged determination to overcome all obstacles.
When you want something, you go after it with passionate zeal and are sometimes so driven by your desire that you lose all objectivity. You get so deeply involved in whatever you are pursuing that you become one-sided, even fanatical. Strong-willed and stubborn, you insist on having your way no matter the cost. You are fascinated with power. You often try to overpower anything or anyone you perceive as an obstacle, if not physically then by the force of your will. You can be ruthless and impersonal when it comes to achieving your ambitions and goals in life. You have enormous energy and are capable of extraordinary effort and great achievement. You can also become a compulsive workaholic.
You are very inspirational, but may lack the energy to put your ideas into action. You are inclined to feel tired a lot and may not have enough push to follow through. You can be rebellious at times, but you know your limits.
You have an abundance of energy, drive, and spirit to accomplish just about anything you desire. Your single-mindedness and zeal to get things done enable you to accomplish much. Sometimes you push yourself too hard without even realizing it, but sometimes even you need to relax and stop doing. You have the reputation for being a go-getter and a good worker.
You are attracted to careers which are somewhat unusual, creative, or avant-garde, and which offer you a maximum amount of freedom and independence. The nine-to-five routine is really not your cup of tea. You may make your living in diversified ways rather than focusing on one specific area or talent, and you're happiest when you can create a place in the world for your unique combination of different talents and interests. It is hard and unnatural for you to try to fit yourself into a ready-made mold.
Your emotional life is likely to be strained and you have a tendency to be a loner. Your outlook could be a bit one-sided and you may find it hard to compromise. It is difficult for you to maintain a good give-and-take relationship.
You have a sense of beauty and a good understanding of art. You enjoy beautiful things and have the ability to put your feelings into words. There is a light-hearted way about you, and you have a tendency to emulate the momentary ideals of beauty.
You are very enterprising and may look upon your work as your mission in life. You are secure in your knowledge of yourself and know where you are headed. Very confident, you are able to make fortuitous decisions and your endeavors are likely to have a successful outcome.
You come across like a person of respect and may give the impression of being unapproachable. You have a strong desire to establish yourself; you want to acquire property, a fortune, as well as a symbol of status.
You are very ambitious, diligent and industrious and seem to be blessed with a good dose of luck. You tend to succeed with your objectives on a big scale and can expect advantages, advancements and promotions in your occupation.

Chapter 7: Growth and Expansion: Areas That You Enjoy
Your strength lies in your ability to see the whole, rather than only the parts which compose it. You have a deep need to explore the world and to develop your own philosophy of life and sense of personal meaning. You vacillate between being open-minded and tolerant of differing views, and being dogmatic or overly zealous about your own viewpoint.
You are fun-loving and playful, and you throw yourself into your play with joyous abandon! Whatever your love or enthusiasm of the moment is, you go all out for it. You enjoy sports, recreation, or gambling, and you can be somewhat hedonistic or addicted to having a good time. Your children or your creative pursuits give you much happiness and fulfillment.
Your imagination and fantasies are highly stimulated and you tend to have great hopes for the future. You may have a gift for writing poetry or some form of acting. You also are likely to have an intellectual interest in metaphysical and spiritual subjects.
You have a strong desire to obtain status and power and are not above using force in order to achieve it. Your rise to the top is likely to come through the help of other people, and your greatest advantages are inclined to be brought by others.

Chapter 8: Areas That Challenge You Or Are Difficult For You
You are very self-conscious and have a great need for ego-affirmation and praise. Expressing yourself freely, openly, and unself-consciously is not easy for you. You tend to work hard at playing and "having fun", rather than being light-hearted and spontaneous. Developing self-love and self-acceptance regardless of your "performance" is an important task for you.
You have a mature, disciplined, serious attitude toward life which colors everything you do. Caution and realism are your virtues though you limit yourself at times by being too careful, shy, or fearful, and not believing in yourself enough or being assertive when necessary. Others find you difficult to get to know intimately, as you tend to distance yourself from them or to put forth a rather stern, "adult" face to the world.
You are suspicious of groups, crowds, and social organizations. You are quick to notice social games and insincerities, and you avoid the limelight and glamour. You are direct and to the point in speech and manner, stubborn and inflexible, and often unwilling to communicate your innermost feelings and thoughts.
You are not afraid of hard work and leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of you objectives. You have a strong desire to overcome any difficulties or obstacles in your way and will do this at all cost, even if it means having to use force.
You are somewhat pessimistic and prone to states of depression. You may feel like withdrawing from everything and that you are not adequately equipped to handle your life. You may need someone else's point of view to balance your overly pessimistic outlook.
Now we will discuss patterns of behavior which you instinctively and habitually revert to when under stress - a mostly unconscious process and one which you are apt to overdo because it is so familiar and thus easy for you. The direction you need to follow in order to develop balance, greater awareness, and wholeness is also described.
You gain by becoming more aware of the rhythm of the seasons and the natural world, learning to slow down and allow life to unfold in its own time. Nurturing a garden, a child, or some other living, growing thing gives you a sense of inner balance.
You have a tendency to be deeply suspicious, to not take anything at face value, to see hidden agendas and dark motives even where none exist! Life does not have to be conflict all the time... learn to accept things as they are.
You also need to develop patience, peace and stability by grounding yourself in your daily work and acting in a consistent and reliable way towards others.
The arena you are most likely to wrestle with these issues is in your public life and career. All of these issues will impact your reputation and standing in your community or professional circle, as well as how you achieve your important life goals and aspirations.

Chapter 9: Originality and Imagination
Areas Where You Are Creative, Unique, Unstable, or Compulsive
You have unusual, even eccentric friends, and you are likely to join groups, communities, organizations, or clubs which promote progressive or unconventional ideas, social change, or innovation in some form. You are dynamic and creative in business affairs and in organizations.
Daydreaming, lack of concentration, and inattention to your surroundings can be problems for you. Your mind tends to wander unless you are using it in an imaginative, creative way. Dry facts and cold logic hold no appeal for you, and unless a subject has a colorful or personally inspiring element, you won't stick with it for long. You have a sensitive, intuitive bent.
You are an intense person, inclined to be wholeheartedly and passionately involved in whatever your current interest is. You easily go to extremes and you make more moderate, easy-going souls feel uncomfortable.
You may have unusual charisma and also be profoundly influenced by powerful, charismatic figures whom you model yourself after. Learning to use personal power appropriately is an issue for you. Negatively, you can be manipulative and obsessed with personal aggrandizement. Positively, you can be a potent force for change, growth, and healing in the world.

Chapter 10: Generational Influences: Your Age Group
In this chapter we will discuss characteristics and traits of your generation. Of course, you may not share all of the characteristics of your generation, but you are greatly affected by the tone that is set by your generation.
The first topic is "The Subconscious and Emotional Drive of Your Age Group". In this section we will describe a deeply felt urge, even compulsion, of your age group. This deeply felt drive comes to the surface with great force and power, and consequently leaves in its wake considerable upheaval and change. The second topic is "The Ideals and Illusions of Your Age Group", that describes the dreams, fantasies, and spiritual aspirations of your age group. The third and last topic is "What is New and Different in Your Age Group", which describes areas in which your age group tends to be innovative, inventive, unusual, and also where it may be unstable and unreliable.
The characteristics described below may affect a group of people for anywhere from a few years to about 30 years. There are one or more different astrological factors described in each of the three sections below.
The Subconscious and Emotional Drive of Your Age Group
You are part of a 20 year period that is often referred to as the "ME" generation, a generation that has a very proud and self-reliant attitude. You are a generation that is very concerned with self-development and personal integrity. Women's rights and minority rights are issues that your generation has fostered and they reflect your concern with individual respect, integrity, and honor. Your age group has a deeply felt sense that each person has an equal right and opportunity to fully develop his or her inner potential.
However, your group also finds it difficult to be part of a team and a strong egotism makes group efforts difficult; you tend to see the individual as more important than the group. You also defy authority and often feel that no one has the right to tell you what to do. The strong movement to refuse drafting into the military is one example of your age group's strong sense of individual rights and freedom.
Your age group has popularized the idea of self-development, and has contributed a great deal to the development of individual potential as well as human rights. However, there is also a tendency to be rather self-centered; others may wonder how you can spend so much time developing yourselves and have so little time to contribute to your families!
The interest in personal development also sometimes manifests as a fascination with particular individuals and a great deal of hero worship. Every generation, of course, has lots of idols, but your generation is particularly prone to needing a specific individual to represent and embody an idea or feeling, and to serve as a focal point of interest. Perhaps the most extreme example of this is the concept of the guru that was popularized by your age group.
The Ideals and Illusions of Your Age Group
You are part of a 14 year group of people who have a very idealistic sense of brotherhood and universal cooperation, which, among other things, fostered the peace and freedom movement. Your age group is also interested in the spiritual philosophy and ideals of other cultures, and is not at all dogmatic in its approach to religion. You incorporate the approaches of other religions. Your age group tends to have an eclectic approach to religion, utilizing elements from many religious perspectives (e.g. Eastern and Western), and finds it difficult to follow traditionally defined religious practices.
A gullibility and an unwillingness to be decisive and judgmental inclines your age group to be easily deceived, and consequently many of the well-intended ideals and goals are frustrated by a lack of clear purpose and direction.
The entire generation to which you belong has tremendous opportunities for spiritual rebirth and awakening. This will not be forced upon you or precipitated by unavoidable events, rather it comes from an inner yearning and a natural propensity to seek the depths.
What is New and Different in Your Age Group
You are part of a 7 year group of people who are progressive and creative thinkers. Academic achievement is high and academic standards are higher with your age group than with others. You are a curious and inquisitive bunch, and many discoveries and clever insights are brought forth from your age group. The love of learning never dies with your age group, and your curiosity and inquisitiveness does not wane in later life, as is common with others.
