Adenauer, Konrad

In Adenauer’s entry, the time of birth has been changed to 3:30 AM LMT and the source notes have been updated as follows: Gauquelin Vol. 5/1846 gives 10:30 AM. But in late 2003, Christof writes: "His Birth Certificate is exhibited in the Adenauer-House in Rhoendorf/Germany. The Handwriting on it isn't easy to read, but after a thorough Investigation (by Suetterlin) the Birth Time is 03:30 LMT, changing his Pisces AC into a more realistic Scorpio-AC. (Dr. Bernhard Firgau and Gerhard Lukert are giving this Information in their Book "Wahlprognose mit Astrologie", Page 79.)" In November 2004, Sy Scholfield writes, quoting the book, "Konrad Adenauer: The Father of the New Germany" by Charles Williams (Wiley, 2001), p. 3, which states: "Konrad Hermann Joseph Adenauer was born in 1876, at half past three in the morning of Thursday the fifth of January... The birth took place ... in Cologne -- Balduinstrasse 6, the birth certificate records..."

Ashcroft, John

On the evening of November 9, 2004, the White House announced the resignation of the Attorney General. News reports said that his letter of resignation was dated November 2, 2004, the date of the election.

Brando, Christian

Brando wed artist Deborah Presley on October 16, 2004 in Las Vegas. The 48-year-old bride claims to be an illegitimate daughter of Elvis Presley but a Memphis judge ruled in 1988 that her claims had no merit. She says she fell in love with Brando in 1987 when she saw his picture. He was released from prison in 1996 after serving nearly five years of his 10-year prison sentence for the 1990 shooting death of his half-sister’s lover.

Coors, William

The brewing company CEO lost his bid for the Senate in the election held November 2, 2004.

Daschle, Tom

The Democratic Senator is the first Senate leader in 52 years to lose his bid for re-election in the November 2, 2004 election. Daschle is the Senate minority leader.

McCain, John

McCain won his bid for re-election to the U.S. Senate on November 2, 2004.

Peterson, Scott

On November 12, 2004 at about 1:10 PM PST, the court clerk read the verdict pronouncing Peterson guilty of first-degree murder of his wife and second-degree murder of their unborn son. The verdict came after seven days of deliberations. Sentencing is expected to be handed down on November 22, 2004. The trial began June 1, 2004 in Redwood City, CA. Powell, Colin

President Bush accepted Powell’s resignation on Friday, November 12, 2004, and on November 15, 2004, the White House released the news of the resignation.

Reynolds, Burt

The actor filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Pamela Seals on November 8, 2004, claiming that she was trying to extort money by threats to accuse him falsely of mental and physical abuse. The couple began dating in 1993 and split earlier in 2004.

Sutherland, Kiefer

On November 2, 2004 in Los Angeles, the actor entered a no-contest plea and was sentenced to 60 months’ probation and 293 hours of community service. He had been arrested on October 29, 2004 and charged with drunk driving.
